Unicorn takes the training of chauffeurs very seriously. Personnel all undergo training in Advanced Driving, Chauffeuring skills and obtain their NVQ/BTEC in passenger transport, in addition to customer service skills and knowledge of the Jurassic Coast as part of the Dorset New Forest Tourism Partnership.

The chauffeurs are members of The Institute of Advanced Motorists assuring clients of a safe, smooth journey. Director Robbie Dunster is an assessor for The Institute of Advanced Motorists.
